The book has arrived!

That's right - after the long wait it's finally here. It's a fast read (200 pages) but it's chock full of interesting thoughts and ideas. I read it last week and am reading it again to process through it a little more. I'm going to start with my impressions under a separate entry - hopefully others will read the book and comment or at least reply to my entries.
